A Michelin One Star restaurant

I forgot how some of the dishes tasted, so it will mostly be a picture post.

The duck looks really good, therefore, it is really good.

The clams in black bean sauce were delicious, and were equivalent to how the US Chinese restaurants made them.  However, the sauce was spicy.  Make sure you have a glass of water nearby when you start to eat it.

Abalone is inside the pot. It might be expensive.

One thing you should DEFINITELY order there is their pork with crispy skin.   You should eat the crunchy skin, perfect with hoisin sauce (and spit out the fat 🙂 ).  Don’t eat the meat that comes with it though.

I tried this restaurant many days ago.  Sorry if you found this post boring.
